What You’ll Do • Recruit and connect ambitious professionals with transformational programs in personal development and leadership. • Apply proven marketing and client acquisition strategies to attract and engage candidates across social platforms. • Conduct structured interviews via phone and video calls (scripts and training provided). • Facilitate online Q&A sessions and provide information to suitable applicants. • Mentor new clients, offering guidance and training while building long-term relationships. • Participate in weekly online training and professional development sessions. What We’re Looking For • 4–5+ years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or client engagement. • Experience working independently or leading projects with autonomy. • Strong communication skills across phone, video conferencing, and social media. • Familiarity with digital marketing and social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram (advantageous). • A proactive, motivated mindset with a passion for leadership, personal growth, and making a difference.
