What You Need to Succeed • 5+ years of professional experience in software development. • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer working on production systems with medium to high complexity. • Strong hands-on experience with: • React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript • C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC • Experience delivering end-to-end solutions, from frontend UI to backend services and integrations. • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, relational databases, and data modeling principles. This role is centered on designing scalable systems that power high-volume, time-sensitive processes such as dispatch coordination, task execution flows, operational visibility, and reporting.
