Build and maintain a network of high-potential candidates, engage with candidates, and advise senior leaders on offers. | 4+ years of recruitment experience, healthcare experience preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, and capable of sourcing strategies. | Job Description: • Build a strong network of high-potential candidates • Ability to engage with candidates and share what sets the firm apart from competitors • Make recommendations to senior leaders regarding offers for candidates • Attend and participate in Meet & Greets in the region • Travel to Conferences during the year • Mentor a new recruiter Requirements: • 4+ years of recruitment experience • 2 years in healthcare • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability Benefits: • Less than 50 miles travel • Day shift
