Manage and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns while leading a small team and maintaining client relationships. | 3+ years managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns with agency experience and people management skills. | About the Role As a Paid Media Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional strategists, overseeing campaigns across various channels with a strong focus on performance marketing across search (SEM), social, and programmatic. You’ll ensure the successful execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives, with hands-on involvement in both Google Ads and Meta campaigns. Your exceptional communication and people management skills will be essential in fostering strong relationships with our clients and guiding our team of strategists toward continued growth and success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Manage and mentor a team of one to two cross-functional digital marketing buyers or strategists. • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns (Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube Ads) as well as paid social campaigns (Meta:Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, etc.). • Oversee integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, display, programmatic), ensuring performance aligns with client objectives. • Proactively dive into platforms to understand the day-to-day details, driving measurable campaign success. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring business goals are met and exceeded. • Collaborate with internal teams and global teammates, including North America, to align on cross-regional media strategy. • Analyze SEM and cross-channel campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Continuously refine and improve internal processes to drive team efficiency and performance. • Stay current on the latest SEM and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements • 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Google Ads or/and Search ads 360, including Shopping and YouTube. • Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads Manager). • Proven track record with SEM and paid social campaign execution, optimization, and strategy. • Agency experience is highly preferred. • Solid background in digital marketing across multiple channels (search, social, display, programmatic). • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role. • Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and people management skills. • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.). • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • Must live in the greater Los Angeles area
Oversee day-to-day fabrication shop operations ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, and profitability while managing staff, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives. | 5+ years operations/production management in steel fabrication or related manufacturing with strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes, ERP/MRP familiarity, leadership, and budgeting skills. | Position Summary: Everest Client seeks an Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the fabrication shop, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of fabrication/manufacturing processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in production, quality, and workforce performance. Key Responsibilities • Plan, schedule, and coordinate fabrication activities to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements. • Monitor job progress, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency across welding, machining, painting/blasting, and assembly. • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and downtime is minimized. • Supervise and mentor shop leads, foremen, and crews. • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Conduct performance evaluations and enforce company policies consistently. • Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, AIS,AWS). • Implement corrective actions when non-conformances arise. • Drive process performance and conformity of products and services. • Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, job margins, labor utilization, and rework percentage. • Collaborate with estimating and sales to ensure accurate job costing and quoting • Manage operating budgets and control overhead costs. • Support sales and project management teams with production updates. • Oversee material procurement and vendor relationships to minimize delays. • Handle subcontractor management when outside services are required. • Apply Lean, PDCA, and other improvement methods to optimize shop layout, workflow, and throughput. • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency. • Lead safety initiatives and drive training programs for employee development. • On-time delivery percentage • Job profitability vs. estimated margins • Labor utilization and efficiency (man-hours vs. planned hours) • Scrap/rework rate • Safety incidents and compliance adherence • Employee retention and development Qualifications • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations or production management within steel fabrication or related manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of welding, machining, cutting, blasting, and coating processes. • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and project tracking tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. • Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and margin management.
