Design and implement strategic initiatives to cultivate, grow, and steward high-value corporate partnerships to support fundraising goals. | 8+ years in development or fundraising, experience securing large corporate/foundation gifts, knowledge of CSR/ESG, strong stakeholder engagement, and bachelor’s degree. | Equality Now is seeking an Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships to design and implement strategic initiatives to cultivate, grow, and steward high-value corporate partnerships. This role is a key contributor to the organization's fundraising strategy, managing corporate relationships and generating five to seven-figure support. The position requires a globally-minded leader focused on gender equality and committed to impactful partnerships. Requirements • Substantive knowledge of nonprofit fundraising strategy, corporate philanthropy, and donor engagement • Strong experience securing corporate and foundation gifts of $100K+ • Deep expertise in CSR, ESG, and sustainability frameworks • Skilled in engaging and inspiring stakeholders • Experience in pitching to high-level decision-makers • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish, French, or Arabic (desirable) • Experience with project management tools and data management systems • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification • 8+ years of progressive experience in development or fundraising Benefits • Health and retirement benefits • Generous leave
