This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong office management experience who can think independently, manage multiple administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. We need a proactive individual who can step in immediately and help alleviate the owner’s day-to-day responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Answer phones and handle customer and client inquiries professionally. • Perform heavy administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management. • Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus). • Coordinate office supplies, schedules, and other operational needs. • Support management by identifying issues and proposing solutions. • Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of office management experience. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks knowledge a plus. • Able to step in immediately and take ownership of daily operations.
