Lead cloud product vision, strategy, and execution for enterprise customers while managing a product management team. | Requires 10+ years in product management with cloud and infrastructure experience, leadership skills, and technical knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices. | As Director of Cloud Product Management at Epicor, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our cloud platform portfolio, shaping how enterprise customers adopt and scale cloud technologies. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable cloud capabilities. You will be responsible for driving long-term product direction while building a high-performing team and fostering a culture rooted in customer focus and data-driven decision-making. What you will be doing: Define and execute the cloud product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned to business objectives Own the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud platform capabilities, from ideation through delivery and optimization Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning within cloud and platform services Partner with Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear product direction Lead and mentor a team of product managers, establishing best practices and driving team performance Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market strategies and customer engagement What you will likely bring: Proven track record delivering cloud-based or infrastructure products at scale 10+ years of product management experience, including building public and private cloud solutions Strong experience identifying customer pain points and translating them into actionable product requirements Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with sales teams and external stakeholders Deep understanding of cloud platforms, Linux/Unix environments, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience working with SaaS platform transformation or cloud-native products across multiple service types 7+ years of experience leading high-performing product management teams Experience with identity and access management platforms, including Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with experience resolving complex system and performance issues Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred What could set you apart: Experience designing reusable platform capabilities instead of one-off solutions Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve product management efficiency #LI-HYBRID #LI-MB2 About Epicor At Epicor, we’re truly a team. Guide manufacturing customers through the full lifecycle implementation of Epicor Kinetic ERP, managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and customer satisfaction. | 5+ years of project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and travel up to 35%, with PMP certification preferred. | The Senior Project Manager will guide manufacturing customers in the implementation of the Epicor Kinetic ERP product throughout the project lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing: Assist customers in the (Initiation, Planning, Design, Validate, and Deploy) implementation of the Epicor ERP product Responsible for high utilization (70%) and customer satisfaction Build project plans and schedule resources Interact with other Epicor Solutions departments Provide best practice Project Management Monitor and Control coaching to customers Provide Project Risk Analysis to customer Maintain overall control of the schedule, budget and scope Ensure that sufficient resources and funding are available for executing all project activities Prepare the management deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests and Project Lists); and use these deliverables to conduct the Project Notify the Client Project Sponsor and the Client Project Manager of key issues and submit recommendations for resolution Track the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding Project Change Requests and outstanding issues Champion and adhere to corporate solution implementation methodology Assist with development of Project Management disciplines as required What You Will Likely Bring: Advanced organizational, project management and time management skills.
