Oversee daily service operations, manage technician schedules, ensure service quality, and maintain customer satisfaction in commercial cleaning services. | 3-5 years management experience in commercial cleaning or related fields, strong leadership, scheduling, and customer service skills. | Service Operations Manager Enviro-Master Services Position Summary The Service Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Enviro-Master's commercial cleaning and hygiene services, including restroom hygiene programs, deep cleaning, power washing, window cleaning, drain treatment, and specialty sanitation services. This role ensures service quality, technician performance, customer satisfaction, scheduling efficiency, and operational profitability. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesService Operations • Manage daily service operations and technician schedules. • Ensure all recurring and one-time services are completed according to company standards. • Monitor route efficiency and service productivity. • Coordinate scheduling for deep cleaning, power washing, window cleaning, and special projects. • Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and cleaning products. Team Leadership • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise service technicians. • Conduct field inspections and quality assurance audits. • Provide ongoing performance feedback and development. • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service. Customer Relations • Maintain strong relationships with commercial clients. • Resolve customer concerns and service issues promptly. • Conduct customer site visits and service reviews. • Identify opportunities for additional services and account growth. Quality Control • Perform routine inspections to ensure service standards are met. • Maintain service documentation and compliance records. • Implement corrective action plans when quality issues arise. • Ensure technicians follow all company procedures and safety guidelines. Financial & Administrative Management • Manage labor, supply, and operational costs. • Monitor route profitability and productivity metrics. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting. • Track inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Safety & Compliance • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions. • Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective actions. • Maintain SDS documentation and chemical handling procedures. QualificationsExperience • 3-5 years of management experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, janitorial services, or related industries. • Experience supervising field service personnel. • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Skills • Excellent leadership and communication abilities. • Strong organizational and scheduling skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. • Experience with route management and workforce scheduling. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software.
