We are plastic surgery and aesthetics practice focused on delivering exceptional patient care in a professional, warm, and collaborative environment. Key Requirements Bilingual – English and Spanish (mandatory) Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a surgical, dermatology, or aesthetics setting preferred Strong communication skills, patient-first approach, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical and medspa environment Professional appearance and excellent organizational skills Responsibilities Assist surgeons and providers during consultations, procedures, and in-office surgeries Prepare and maintain exam and procedure rooms Take vitals and maintain accurate patient records in EMR (ModMed) Provide pre- and post-operative patient education in both English and Spanish Support the front desk and clinical team with scheduling, consents, and patient flow Maintain compliance with sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols Compensation & Benefits$22/hour base pay + Monthly commissions on product and service sales.
