Perform clinical evaluations of patients presenting for psychiatric or substance abuse triage in the Emergency Department. | Master's degree in mental health, 2 years clinical experience, LICSW/LMHC/LCSW licensure, CPI certification within 3 months, strong clinical and communication skills. | Job Summary Responsible for clinical evaluation of patients who present for triage in the Emergency Department for psychiatric or substance abuse services. Reports to the Director of Behavioral Health Nursing. Education Master's degree in field related to mental health required. Experience Must have two years clinical experience. Licensure and/or Certification LICSW , LMHC, LCSW required. CPI achieved within 3 months of hire required. Skills Strong clinical assessment skills, knowledge of psychiatric medications, and knowledge of mental health network required. Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Computer skills and proficiency. Must have the ability to maintain confidential information.

Support physicians with clinical and office duties including patient preparation and administrative tasks. | High school diploma, 2-4 years medical assistant experience preferred, medical assistant course completion preferred, state certification preferred, and computer skills with specific EMR systems. | Reports to the Practice Manager and works under the direct super vision of the Physician(s), the Medical Assistant/Clinical Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring patient preparation and supporting the physician(s) with clinical and office duties. Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required completion of a Medical Assistant course preferred. Experience: Two to Four years of relevant work experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical/physician’s office preferred. One to three years Administrative Assistant/Medical Office preferred Licensure and/or Certification: State Certification preferred but not required. Skills: Computer skills with the GE Centricity electronic medical record (EMR), Meditech preferred, and the ability to maintain confidential information, strong interpersonal communication skills on the phone and in person, customer service skills.
