Drive sales growth by cultivating new dealer accounts and maintaining existing relationships in the tile and stone industry across a multi-state territory. | Minimum 3 years outside tile sales experience with a proven following of accounts, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. | OUTSIDE MARBLE AND TILE REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE, NORTH CAROLINA For over 50 years, Elon Tile & Stone has been servicing the tile and stone industry, adjusting to trends and demands. Our goal is to supply a high-end product at an affordable price. We offer a unique dealership program comprised of beautifully designed small concept boards, created to help our dealers inspire their customers. We take pride in building a strong relationship with our customers. We focus on supporting the growth of our clients while maintaining a long-term relationship by selling strictly to our dealer network. Elon Tile & Stone is seeking an experienced outside sales individual with a proven history of cultivating new dealers/retail stores selling upscale marble and tile in the North Carolina market including South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland and Delaware. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years outside tile sales experience, have a proven following of accounts, and eager to succeed. Some of the responsibilities for the Outside Marble and Tile Regional Sales Representative include: • Offer the best possible customer experience while increasing sales and exposure in the territory. • Promote new products via samples, concept boards, display racks, etc. while making recommendations of the various tile product trends • Create visual presentations for product knowledge meetings with clients • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing accounts • Proactively develop and generate new accounts • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers • Represent Elon at professional trade shows to promote products and cultivate customers relationships • Provide feedback of current market trends and sales tools and analyze findings to ensure the most effective sales methods • Promote the Elon brand The position includes a competitive base salary, commission on the first dollar sales, paid vacation, bonuses, 401K, medical, dental, vision, car allowance, company cell phone, and more. We do require a valid driver's license and insured reliable transportation; and previous outside tile sales experience. We are hiring to immediately fill the position.
