Create structured product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications, to guide implementation and ensure team alignment. Coordinate effectively across functions to ship products that work seamlessly across the customer journey. Communicate clearly about what you are building, why it matters, progress updates, risks, and key learnings. Identify gaps and interdependencies across systems and proactively ship solutions that improve organizational efficiency. Facilitate brainstorming and strategy sessions, distilling complexity into products that solve real problems.
