Manage high-volume court filings and maintain litigation calendars to support supervising attorneys in mass tort dockets. | Requires 3+ years paralegal experience, knowledge of civil litigation procedures, and proficiency with legal case management and electronic filing systems. | THE ROLE As a Case Management Paralegal at Eleos Law LLP, you'll manage high-volume court filings across our mass tort dockets — including plaintiff fact sheets, notices of association, dismissals, and notices of withdrawal — while maintaining the litigation calendar and supporting our supervising attorneys. This is a scale role: you'll keep large case inventories accurate, current, and compliant as they move through the courts. You'll work in close partnership with supervising and case-management attorneys, coordinate with courts, co-counsel, and partner litigating firms (such as Wisner Baum) on filings and procedural compliance, and align with our case management and operations team so docket records stay accurate across all of our systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Prepare and electronically file high-volume case documents across mass tort dockets — including plaintiff fact sheets, notices of association, dismissals, and notices of withdrawal — in accordance with court rules and deadlines • Maintain the litigation calendar across active dockets, tracking filing deadlines and hearings and keeping supervising attorneys informed and engaged in their matters • Maintain systematic, audit-ready organization of case files and plaintiff records across large dockets • Conduct factual investigation and background verification to confirm plaintiff eligibility and the accuracy of docket information • Support the supervising attorneys with case-related administrative tasks, status tracking, and document preparation across active matters • Safeguard confidential plaintiff and case information and apply the firm's data-handling and confidentiality protocols across all docket activity WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required • Associate's degree, paralegal certificate from an accredited or ABA-approved program, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Demonstrated paralegal or legal-support experience (typically three or more years), preferably involving high-volume court filings or management of large case dockets • Working knowledge of civil litigation procedure, applicable court rules, and electronic court filing requirements • Proficiency with legal case management and electronic court filing technology, and with standard office and document-management tools • Strong document preparation, organization, and data-accuracy skills, with proven reliability under deadline at volume • Demonstrated ability to safeguard confidential information while managing a high volume of concurrent matters Preferred • Paralegal experience in mass tort, multidistrict litigation (MDL), or class action matters • Advanced paralegal certification from a recognized national paralegal association • Experience with plaintiff fact sheets, docket management, or large-volume filing workflows • Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional filing and large-volume case data BENEFITS • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Life and AD&D insurance • 401(k) • Norton LifeLock • Paid Vacation and Sick Time Our Culture in a Few Words Accountable • Empowering • Collaborative • Transparent • Innovative "We take full accountability for outcomes.
