Lead and manage a portfolio of large-scale nuclear power plant development projects ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. | 15+ years of nuclear project management experience with deep technical and regulatory knowledge, strong leadership, and governance skills. | Job Description: • Lead a portfolio of new nuclear power plant development and delivery projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget • Drive consistent use of project management and controls systems (schedule, cost, risk, change control, reporting) • Establish the operating cadence that makes progress and risk visible, standard portfolio reviews, disciplined action tracking, clear escalation paths, and decision-ready dashboards for leadership • Identify cross-project risks, resource constraints, and interdependencies, and bring clarity and resolution quickly • Provide clear, decision-ready reporting to the CDO and executive leadership • Define and implement a phase-gate governance model that enables disciplined decision-making and transparency • Establish and maintain PMO standards, procedures, and performance frameworks to deliver projects safely, compliantly, and predictably • Build robust portfolio risk management practices that surface issues early and drive mitigation • Partner with Legal and functional leaders on contracting strategies, procurement alignment, and claims avoidance/mitigation • Drive delivery strategy and risk allocation across EPCs, owner’s engineers, and reactor/vendor-supplied major equipment, with disciplined change control and strong claims avoidance practices • Serve as a key liaison with internal leaders and external stakeholders, including regulators, clients, and strategic partners • Ensure effective communication, alignment, and transparency across all levels of the organization • Represent Elementl in discussions that reinforce confidence in our execution capabilities • Reinforce a strong nuclear safety and quality mindset across the portfolio, ensuring procedural rigor and compliance without unnecessary bureaucracy • Lead and develop a high-performing organization of Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Controls, Contracts, Document Management, and other delivery support functions • Align staffing plans and capabilities to portfolio demands • Foster a culture of nuclear safety, accountability, and continuous improvement • Integrate digital tools, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions into project management and reporting • Improve predictability, efficiency, and delivery performance through continuous improvement initiatives • Champion data-driven decision-making across the PMO and delivery teams Requirements: • 15+ years in project management for large-scale capital infrastructure projects, with significant commercial nuclear project experience strongly preferred (or closely related energy experience with directly transferable nuclear delivery scope) • Demonstrated success leading large, complex nuclear projects within a strong matrixed PMO environment • Overseen a portfolio of large infrastructure projects with total portfolio value in the billions of dollars • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (required); an MS/MBA is preferred • End-to-end expertise across nuclear project development and delivery that includes siting, licensing, engineering, EPC execution, commissioning, and turnover to operations • Commercially strong, with contracting experience across EPCs, owner’s engineers, reactor vendor–supplied major engineered equipment, and operational support services • Proven track record implementing governance, oversight, and support management frameworks within a PMO organization that drives predictable and standardized project delivery • Executive-ready leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across complex internal and external environments • Deep understanding of U.S. NRC regulatory regimes; experience with projects receiving DOE financial assistance awards is a plus • Willing to travel frequently to project sites and stakeholder meetings and at the appropriate time in the project lifecycle, relocate to the project site on a temporary or permanent basis • Credentials such as: P.E., PMP, SRO or similar would be a plus Benefits: • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • Generous paid time off, paid medical leave, personal time, and flexibility • Company-sponsored short- and long-term disability coverage and life insurance • 401(k) plan with an impressive company match • Additional benefits designed to support your well-being and success

The Opportunity We’re excited to add an Assistant General Counsel, Corporate to our growing legal team! Reporting to Elementl's General Counsel, you will lead and manage Elementl’s corporate legal function, providing comprehensive support across corporate governance, entity management, capital formation, and strategic transactions as we scale our advanced nuclear portfolio. We’re looking for a trusted advisor who brings sound judgment, strong commercial instincts, and a practical approach to risk. You’re comfortable navigating complex corporate structures and financing matters, and you know how to translate legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance for business leaders. You’ll play a central role in managing corporate entities and project-level structures, ensuring effective governance and compliance across the organization. You’ll also support strategic initiatives, including joint ventures, capital raises, and other financing transactions, helping to structure and execute deals that advance Elementl’s mission. Collaboration is essential in this role. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership, Finance, and Development, as well as external counsel and investors, to ensure smooth execution of financing and structuring initiatives, strong governance practices, and alignment with Elementl’s long-term growth strategy in the clean energy sector. What You’ll Do! Corporate Governance and Compliance: Support the board of directors and senior leadership on governance matters, including board and shareholder meetings, minutes, resolutions and compliance with relevant corporate laws. Draft, review and maintain corporate governance policies and procedures. Manage corporate records, filings and statutory compliance for Elementl and its subsidiaries. Strategic Transactions and Project Structuring: Provide legal counsel and support for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. Conduct and support due diligence. Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including term sheets and letters of intent. Support structuring and negotiation of joint development agreements, equity joint ventures and partnership arrangements. Draft and negotiate land control agreements, including land purchase, lease and option agreements. Financing and Securities: Support capital raises, equity and debt financing and project financing facilities. Draft, review and manage equity documentation, including stock purchase agreements, convertible notes, preferred equity terms and related financing agreements. Assist with equity grant administration and management of the company’s equity pool. Provide guidance on securities compliance and disclosure obligations. Corporate Legal Support: Advise on day-to-day corporate operations, policies and compliance matters. Review and draft general corporate contracts, including NDAs, services agreements and partnership agreements. Manage outside counsel relationships. Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate legal risks related to corporate transactions, governance issues and operational activities. Assist in developing and implementing corporate compliance programs. What We're Looking For & Who You Are! You hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and maintain an active license to practice law. With 4 to 10+ years of experience in corporate law - whether in M&A, finance, capital markets, or general corporate practice - you bring a strong foundation in corporate governance, entity management, and transaction execution. You have hands-on experience supporting complex corporate transactions, including: Mergers and acquisitions Joint ventures and strategic partnerships Corporate finance transactions (equity and debt) Capital formation activities You’re comfortable advising boards of directors and senior leadership on governance matters, fiduciary duties, and compliance obligations. You understand how to build and maintain sound corporate structures that support growth while managing risk effectively. Most importantly, you’re a clear communicator and trusted advisor who exercises strong judgment, thinks strategically, and delivers practical, business-oriented guidance in complex and high-stakes environments It Would Be Great If: You have experience in energy, infrastructure, project development, or construction-driven businesses.
