Laurel, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide exceptional service, educate customers on our products, and help them find jewelry that suits their needs. You will use your knowledge, enthusiasm, and expertise to build relationships, drive sales, and create memorable shopping experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their jewelry selections. • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, including gemstones, metals, and design styles. • Build lasting relationships with customers by offering personalized service and follow-up communication. • Meet and exceed sales goals through consultative selling and expert recommendations. • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a seamless checkout experience. • Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and repairs with professionalism. • Maintain case standards by properly merchandising product, highlighting key items, and ensuring cases are filled upon product arrival. • Responsible for securing all merchandise and completing daily inventory counts to ensure accuracy and loss prevention.
