Assist customers in selecting jewelry, provide product education, and process transactions to enhance shopping experience. | Previous jewelry sales or luxury retail experience preferred, strong communication skills, passion for jewelry, and organizational skills. | EFFY is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Specialist to join our in store Macy's shop in shop team at Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide exceptional service, educate customers on our products, and help them find jewelry that suits their needs. You will use your knowledge, enthusiasm, and expertise to build relationships, drive sales, and create memorable shopping experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their jewelry selections. • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, including gemstones, metals, and design styles. • Build lasting relationships with customers by offering personalized service and follow-up communication. • Meet and exceed sales goals through consultative selling and expert recommendations. • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a seamless checkout experience. • Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and repairs with professionalism. • Maintain case standards by properly merchandising product, highlighting key items, and ensuring cases are filled upon product arrival. • Responsible for securing all merchandise and completing daily inventory counts to ensure accuracy and loss prevention. Qualifications: • Previous experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail preferred. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Passion for fine jewelry and the ability to educate customers on product details. • Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and create an inviting shopping environment. • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on meeting goals and delivering exceptional experiences. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
