Manage and oversee development, deployment, and distribution of tailored/customized courseware and coordinate training content development across teams. | Bachelor's degree, familiarity with LMS software, Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, AI tools, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. | Description: • Manage the development and deployment of courseware to ensure integration into student and administrative systems • Assist the Director of Product Development in overseeing the Product Development pipeline, product backlog, and work-in-progress • Emphasis on oversight of tailored and/or customized course content; support standard course development as needed • Coordinate training content development with Operations, Customer Service, Shipping, Training, and Sales teams • Edit, produce, and format course materials for students and instructors for tailored/customized and occasional standard courses • Utilize high-tech content development tools (ChatGPT, TTS, Bard, etc.) to support market demand • Adhere to internal and external trademark and proprietary material requirements • Oversee distribution of tailored/custom content via LMS, SharePoint, and other channels • Track, monitor, and prioritize custom/tailored product development using Visual Management tools (Kanban, Microsoft Planner, Miro, etc.) • Prepare and update reports on current and future tailored/custom events for leadership teams • Collaborate with Product Development team to ensure consistency in processes, documentation, and quality • Support execution of special projects related to product strategy and development, including research and presentation development Requirements: • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Organizational Management, Learning & Development, Project Management, or Business Management • Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) software and functionality (e.g., Thought Industries, Moodle, Thinkific, Udemy, etc.) preferred • Familiarity or experience using Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, and the standard M365 applications preferred • Familiarity or experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite preferred • Familiarity or experience using advanced or AI-based technology tools (e.g., ChatGPT, OpenAI, Python, Text-to-Speech, Bard, etc.) preferred • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Good composition skills with experience preparing project status reports and presentations Benefits: • competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) • Medical plan • Dental plan • Vision plan • 100% company-paid Life and Disability insurance • Generous 401(k) matching program
