Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and levels, partnering with hiring managers and building talent pipelines. | Proven experience in talent acquisition, bilingual in English and French, and willingness to relocate to Kinshasa, DRC. | We are supporting a growing organisation in the DRC to hire an experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kinshasa, with relocation fully funded and salary paid in USD. We are particularly interested in candidates currently based in South Africa who are open to relocating for an international opportunity.
