Manage a team of pharmaceutical sales reps across multiple states with significant travel, driving sales in specialty therapeutic categories. | Minimum 3 years frontline pharmaceutical sales management experience, 4-year bachelor's degree, proven track record with awards. | Midwest Pharmaceutical Sales Manager opening • **Total Income $210K ++co car JOB DETAILS: • Great opportunity to join a small HIGH GROWTH manufacturer of medicines in a specialty therapeutic category • Manage a team of 8 pharmaceutical reps calling on Pediatrics and Psychiatrists • Midwest District = TX, UT, CO, CA, AZ reps located from Los Angeles to Texas (*4 of the 8 reps in the Texas area) • Must be comfortable with up to 50% overnight travel, based out of the Texas area • Base salary range is $150+ (depending on experience) • Incentive plan offering an additional $54K at target, uncapped • Company car, full expenses, excellent benefits REQUIREMENTS: • The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years of frontline pharmaceutical sales management experience • 4-year bachelor's degree • Must have a documented track record of success/awards
