We’re passionate about health, sustainability, and delivering products that stand out both on the shelf and in the customer experience. As we expand into new retailers, distributors, and markets, we’re looking for a driven Beverage Sales Manager to lead sales growth and build strong relationships across the industry. Role Overview The Beverage Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding Drink Gelato’s presence with distributors, retailers, and on-premise accounts. This person will lead outreach, negotiations, and account management, while also collaborating with our marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Drink Gelato’s retail, distributor, and direct accounts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (distributors, retail buyers, food service, and hospitality groups). • Identify and secure new business opportunities across grocery, convenience, natural foods, and on-premise channels. • Manage existing accounts: monitor performance, ensure timely orders, and resolve any service issues. • Collaborate with the marketing team on brand activations, promotions, and events. • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategy. • Track sales metrics and report performance to leadership. Qualifications • 3+ years of sales experience in the beverage, CPG, or food industry (water, sparkling water, or functional beverage experience is a plus). • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Established relationships with distributors and retailers (KeHE, UNFI, independent distributors, or regional chains is a plus). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. • Willingness to travel as needed for account visits, trade shows, and events.
