The Account Coordinator will coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and accurately. They will communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to provide project updates and address any concerns or questions. | Candidates should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Prior agency experience is a plus, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential. | Drake Cooper is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Account Coordinator ready to support client relationships and help bring creative campaigns to life. As an Account Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our account management and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be critical in managing multiple client projects simultaneously. Additionally, your strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships will be key in effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. This job is located in our Boise, Idaho, office; remote work is not available. Responsible for: Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and accurately Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to provide project updates and address any concerns or questions Work closely with creative and production teams to develop and execute creative assets Schedule meetings and presentations, preparing necessary materials and documentation Take initiative in coordinating with Account Supervisors and Directors on client-facing projects.
