The Role: As a Senior Product Manager at DoseSpot, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major product area such as routing, eligibility, security/compliance workflows, or our API platform. You will operate with significant autonomy, set clear direction, and make high-judgment decisions in complex, regulated environments. You combine strong technical fluency, deep customer empathy, and market awareness to deliver products that meet rigorous reliability, compliance, and performance expectations. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Ownership Develop and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for your product area. Size market opportunities and build business cases for investment. Translate ambiguous problem spaces into actionable direction with clear priorities. End to End Product Leadership Lead complex discovery efforts, including workflow mapping, solution exploration, and risk identification. Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, compliance, support, and GTM teams. Make high-judgment tradeoffs balancing customer impact, technical complexity, regulatory requirements, and business goals. Customer & Market Insight Conduct market, competitive, and ecosystem analysis to inform strategy. Maintain deep understanding of customer workflows, clinical and administrative requirements, compliance constraints, and competitive landscape. Engage directly with customers and partners to understand pain points, validate solutions, and shape product direction. Anticipate regulatory and industry shifts and adjust strategy accordingly. Technical & Domain Expertise Engage meaningfully in architecture discussions related to APIs, routing, EDI standards, and clinical data flows. Ensure your domain meets reliability, scalability, privacy, and security expectations. Partner closely with engineering leads on design, sequencing, and risk mitigation. Cross-Functional Influence Communicate product decisions and rationales to senior leadership. Coordinate multi-squad delivery when your domain touches multiple parts of the platform. Influence processes and practices that elevate product execution across the org. Performance & Improvement Define KPIs for your domain and use them to inform prioritization. Lead post-launch impact reviews, quality improvements, and iteration cycles. What You’ll Bring: Degree & Years of Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience. Strong experience in API platforms, data workflows, or regulated/enterprise software. Deepening healthcare knowledge: eRx workflows, NCPDP SCRIPT, eligibility/EDI, payer-provider transactions, or similar. Demonstrated ability to own a product area end-to-end. Excellent communication; able to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and experience operating in ambiguity. Ability to mentor PMs and uplift product practices. The Role: We are seeking a Senior AI Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building out the AI initiatives program from the ground up. You will be part of a focused team with the mission to evaluate and build prototypes/solution frameworks for various business requirements - these range from new product features/enhancements, engineering team excellence assisted by AI and other improvements by leveraging AI within the broader technology organization. What You’ll Do: Lead design and execution of AI powered POCs/POTs and prototypes to validate strategic use cases, with a strong focus of measurable outcomes and technical scalability. Partner cross-functionally with with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define AI strategies and identify high-impact areas for innovation. Build out frameworks or backend solutions to support AI workloads (APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure). Utilize various LLMs (e.g OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA) or other ML techniques as relevant to build data processing routines, training and testing models. Monitor performance, quality of results and retrain models as required. Identify and implement procedures for engineering excellence using AI assisted technologies (e.g. GitHub CoPilot) Continuously evaluate and operationalize emerging AI/ML/GenAI techniques, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and standard-setting across teams aligned with best practices. What You’ll Bring: 8+ years of experience in software development (.NET or JAVA based technologies). 2+ years hands-on experience building applications using LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA etc) or GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex etc) and using RAG techniques to enhance LLMs. Proven track record building and scaling high-transaction SaaS platforms, ensuring performance, reliability, and security in mission-critical environments. Experience leading, building, and deploying ML models or integrating LLMs into real-world applications. Proven ability to leverage proprietary data for fine tuning, prompt orchestrations, search, retraining and monitoring model outputs. Demonstrated experience in evaluating mode performance using thorough quantitative and qualitative benchmarks, including hallucination detection, latency and prompt quality. Experience developing AI assisted solutions in the Healthcare industry along with awareness of ethical AI practices within healthcare industry, including data privacy and de-identification is a strong plus. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, backend development in a high transaction volume application. Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven design, and serverless computing. Expertise in database design with Relational and NoSQL Databases. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in agile/scrum methodology. Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills; able to influence technical direction and articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
