Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards, manage certification processes, and coordinate with testing agencies. | Requires extensive experience with NRTL certifications, lithium battery testing, and leadership in product development, which are not present in your profile. | Job Description: • Create validation plans to ensure all regulatory, certification, customer and internal requirements are met for a product • Work with UL/Intertek/CSA to achieve Listings and Recognitions of Products • Work with internal engineering teams to create required documentation for certification • Work with test houses to schedule testing • Support running changes of product lines and deviations including feedback on potential impacts to certification Requirements: • B.S. degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field. • 7+ years of experience working with an NRTL • Experience in leading and managing a cross-functional team in product development • 3+ Years of Lithium Battery Testing and/or Certification • Experience leading certification with UL/Intertek/CSA • Experience with stationary battery systems Benefits:
