In this role, you will provide senior-level supply chain management (SCM) contract support, partnering with sourcing teams, legal counsel, suppliers, and business stakeholders to draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and risk frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong contract negotiation experience in supply chain, procurement, energy, or industrial environments. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including service agreements, consulting agreements, and engineering service agreements. • Lead supplier negotiations within established contractual and risk parameters. • Review supplier redlines and recommend contract positions based on approved standards and precedent. • Collaborate with legal, SCM, and business stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and drive agreement execution. • Provide contract support for sourcing and procurement initiatives. • Advise stakeholders on appropriate contract structures and commercial terms. • Ensure contract compliance with corporate policies, governance frameworks, and risk management guidelines. • Maintain contract records and lifecycle documentation within enterprise systems. • Support contract execution and handoff processes for purchase orders and master agreements. • Promote best practices and consistency across contracting activities. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, supply chain, or a related field. • Minimum 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, contract administration, or oil & gas environments. • Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and supplier agreements. • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial risk, and contract governance principles. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Experience using Oracle Cloud, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications • Oil & gas, energy, utilities, engineering, or industrial industry experience. • Professional supply chain certification such as SCMP, PMAC, CPSM, or ISM. • Experience supporting large-scale procurement or sourcing initiatives.
