Project Coordination Focus • Support execution of RCCA, onboarding, SOP development, and AI pilot initiatives. • Create and maintain project charters, timelines, and action logs. • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability for follow-ups. • Prepare governance materials (meeting decks, KPI packs, progress updates) for leadership reviews. • Track milestones, document progress, and flag risks to ensure timely delivery.
