Plan and book travel itineraries, provide customer service, handle bookings and payments, and maintain supplier relationships. | No experience required; strong customer service, communication, organizational, and sales skills preferred. | Experience the freedom of remote work as a Virtual Travel Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and book travel itineraries for clients from around the world. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Research and book domestic and international travel packages, including air, hotel, tours, and ground transportation. Work directly with top suppliers to secure the best deals for our clients. Pricing and cost calculations for changes or added trip fees. Travel Planning and Sales: Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide advice on suitable destinations, transportation modes, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. Qualifications: No experience necessary; we will train Exceptional customer service abilities Superior written and verbal communication skills Strong organization with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Benefits: Flexible Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely Daily Training Available: Access ongoing training to stay informed about industry developments Customer Communication: Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travelers. Booking and Financial Transactions: Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and handle payment/fees. Use promotional techniques and prepare materials to sell itinerary tour packages. Industry Knowledge and Networking: Attend seminars to stay updated with tourism trends. Build and maintain a network with tour operators to enhance service offerings. Skills: Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus. Strong sales skills and commercial awareness. Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
