We’re looking to add a Used Car Manager who wants to lead, build, and make an impact. Role Overview The Used Car Manager is responsible for the strategy, acquisition, pricing, reconditioning, and performance of the used vehicle department. This is a leadership role, not a desk-holding position. Key Responsibilities • Acquire and price inventory using real-time market data • Manage reconditioning timelines and expense to maximize turn • Maintain competitive online pricing and merchandising standards • Partner with sales leadership to drive volume and gross • Analyze performance metrics including turn, days supply, and margin • Lead by example with urgency, structure, and accountability Preferred Qualifications • Experience in automotive sales, inventory, or desk management • Understanding of used vehicle pricing and market trends • Strong organizational and communication skills • Comfortable working with numbers and performance data • Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow
