Answer inbound sales calls, manage customer orders, and build customer relationships in a bilingual environment. | Fluent in Spanish and English, 2-3 years in inside sales or customer service sales, strong communication and negotiation skills. | DF Supply, Inc. is a rapidly growing industry leader since 1982, and we are expanding our inside sales team. We are currently seeking a Spanish speaking bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team of 12 experienced sales professionals. Family owned and operated. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who is fluent in both Spanish and English and has experience in inside sales, inbound sales, account management, or customer service–driven sales environments. This is an in-office position (not remote). No cold calling. All leads and calls are inbound. Key Responsibilities (Inside Sales / Bilingual Spanish): • Answer inbound sales calls and inquiries in both Spanish and English • Respond to inbound emails and quote requests • Manage customer orders from quote to completion (A–Z) • Prepare and deliver quotes for projects, jobs, and single-item applications • Enter and review sales orders for accuracy • Maintain detailed customer notes and follow-ups in the CRM • Build long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and partners • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support • Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities • Prioritize daily sales activities to meet and exceed sales goals • Use industry knowledge, existing relationships, and public information to develop new customer relationships Qualifications: • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – REQUIRED • 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, or customer service sales • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and confident • Customer focused with a strong service mindset • Comfortable working independently in a team-oriented sales environment • High energy, organized, and detail oriented • Sales experience in industrial, construction, distribution, or B2B environments is a plus (not required) What We Offer: • Two compensation options: • Base salary plus commission • Commission-only option for high performers • Expected earnings: ($40,000 Guaranteed) to $75,000+ annually, with uncapped upside • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) 3% Non Elective on Gross Salary • Paid time off (PTO) and Paid Holidays • Comprehensive training program • Supportive, fast-growing, and fun in-office environment • No travel required Job Details: • Job Type: Full-time • Schedule: Monday–Friday • Location: In-office (not remote) • Industry: Inside Sales / Bilingual Sales / Customer Service Sales #hc220147 About the Company: DF Supply
