The Med Transporter will assist in implementing residential programs as developed, including medical transport and scheduling. They are responsible for complying with regulatory and facility policies on medication consents, teaching individuals about medications and medication management, accurately monitoring and documenting medication administration, and monitoring medication effects and adverse reactions according to facility protocol.
