The Devereux National Operations office, located in Villanova, Pa., is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and creative project management professional to join our team. As Devereux’s National Project Management Specialist, you will support operational and strategic initiatives by providing project management and business analysis support across turnaround efforts, new business development, and other enterprise-level projects. Working under the direction of the National Project Manager / Business Analyst and in collaboration with senior leadership, the role partners with national and center-based departments to help ensure projects are well-defined, coordinated, and aligned with organizational goals. This opportunity will be a hybrid position and depending on experience will have a pay range up to $60,000.00. In this role, the National Project Management Specialist assists with identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and supporting data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance. Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and internal teams, the role helps translate project and business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables. The position also supports the effective use of agile and hybrid project management approaches across small to large-scale initiatives. Learn more here. #Sponsored Qualifications • Minimum of two years of experience providing administrative and technical support to management-level staff. Three years’ experience preferred; Experience in behavioral health, healthcare and/or a nonprofit setting is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field. MBA preferred. • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred. • Exceptional written/oral communication skills, strong project management and organizational skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player/Servant Leader attitude and outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels and diverse groups within, and outside of, the organization. • Conceptual, creative thinker with a passion for writing, storytelling and a willingness to learn from others. Able to structure and conduct interviews and research efforts and synthesize findings into key points. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must have a sense of urgency and be able to operate in a fluid environment with sensitivity to deadlines. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently. • Strong proficiency with word processing, database management and presentation software.
