As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind growing and nurturing our North American wholesale partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll own the success of key wholesale accounts, blending creativity with analytics to deliver results. Here’s how you’ll make it happen: Account Management & Growth * Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers. * Identify opportunities to expand Keds’ presence across wholesale channels. Sales Strategy & Forecasting * Develop detailed forecasts and reports to anticipate customer needs and shape business plans. * Monitor account performance, including sales and shipping, to stay ahead of trends. Negotiation & Order Management * Negotiate internally and externally to achieve sales and profit goals. * Oversee order tracking and sample shipping to ensure seamless execution. Product & Assortment Planning * Collaborate with product teams and fellow sales managers to create tailored assortments for each account. * Share competitive insights from store visits and market research to inform strategy. Operational Excellence * Partner with planning and customer service teams to optimize shipping and profitability. * Manage account P&Ls and markdown projections, offering creative solutions for inventory challenges. Brand Representation * Prepare and present at shoe shows and regional events, showcasing Keds in the best light. * Brief internal teams on product and marketing needs to drive wholesale growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with product, marketing, planning, and customer service to turn insights into action. Here’s how: CHANNEL OWNERSHIP & STRATEGY * Manage end-to-end paid media programs across: * Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) * Connected TV (CTV), Online Video (OLV) * Streaming Audio, Display, and other upper-funnel channels * Set strategy, allocate budgets, and ensure performance aligns with business goals AGENCY LEADERSHIP * Guide an external agency team in day-to-day execution * Provide strategic direction and ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact CAMPAIGN PLANNING & CREATIVE COLLABORATION * Develop seasonal media plans that align with brand initiatives * Partner with creative teams to produce compelling, on-brand content that drives results TESTING & OPTIMIZATION * Design and execute testing roadmaps to validate channel performance and incrementality * Continuously refine strategies based on insights and emerging trends PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & STORYTELLING * Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal partners * Maintain weekly spend and demand projections to inform business decisions EDUCATION & PARTNERSHIP * Share best practices and thought leadership on digital media within the organization * Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL NEED We’re looking for someone who blends analytical rigor with creative vision—a strategist who loves data but also understands the art of storytelling.
