This role is responsible for developing overall program strategy, delivering program objectives, and managing projects end-to-end, including change management, budgeting, and KPI reporting. The Program Manager provides visibility of program status, milestones, and performance across all Talent & Engagement initiatives. Reports to the Director of Talent & Engagement.
