Lead and coordinate data center migration projects including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management. | Experience leading data center relocation, re-platforming, or decommissioning projects with network and hardware setup expertise. | Job Title : Data Center Migration Project Manager OR Senior Project Manager Location : Remote Duration : 6- 12 months (with possible extension) Client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in leading projects with scope to Client and assess DR Exit from PDC Solution considerations and present options and recommended path forward and experience in a combination of relocation, re-platforming , and/or decommissioning techniques as deemed appropriate. Experience leading team to establish the necessary HW to enable DR relocation. This includes Leveraging existing installed DR capacity and creation of the necessary network connectivity from sites to enable data replication of production DR enabled workloads to other site. Network subnets and VLANS will be designed, configured, and enabled. With that, PM's responsibilities would be: Shall provide a Project Manager(s) and shall be responsible for the following items and (not limited to this): Establish the project management plan, the project management activities and work products Create a Weekly Project Status Report / Dashboard - Integrate Weekly Status from individual Customer and Kyndryl staff Plan the project schedule and coordinate the activities of various project stakeholders Work with the KP Requestor, Kyndryl and Customer project participants to manage project work to strive to complete project scope within budget and schedule Review weekly burn rate reports sent by Kyndryl and address any questions/issues with the Kyndryl delivery resources For billable Work Orders (which includes Project Pool of Hours Work Orders) collect and review the Weekly Status Summary reports from the Project Technical Resources (the staff performing the work). The Weekly Status Summary reports shall consist of: activities performed during the week, hours consumed for the week by activities to be performed in the coming week, and any issues/risks
