Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity, accuracy, and quality in analysis, reporting, and audit processes. • Ability to think both analytically and strategically, connecting day-to-day operational work to broader business and customer outcomes. • Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments, with a collaborative approach to taking ownership and figuring out what’s needed to move the business forward. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision making. We are seeking a full-time Retail Operations Analyst to join our team and play a crucial part in developing and managing core workflows in our retail operations. The role will be responsible for analyzing data, optimizing processes, and providing strategic insights to drive efficiency, excellence, and profitability in our retail energy operations.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to think and act strategically in a fast-paced environment.
