The opportunity Provide day-to-day operational support to the CS team, ensuring efficient use of systems, processes, and playbooks. Own the design, implementation, and upkeep of dashboards and reports to support CS team visibility, leadership alignment, and strategic readouts for QBRs/EBRs. Ensure data accuracy across systems (Salesforce, Catalyst, Looker, Snowflake, and serve as the technical point of contact for CS tools. Conduct customer base analyses to surface trends, retention risks, and upsell opportunities. The opportunity Gather, analyse and use data to drive both day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategic and operational planning Conduct analysis and deep-dives into aspects of Dataminr’s alerting and operational processes, in order to identify and execute quality improvement and innovation opportunities Conduct R&D data exploration of open source data ingests utilizing APIs and other methods Support and build proprietary algorithmic data streams Find technical solutions to help solve business and internal product challenges Collaborate closely with Operational, AI and Data teams to support business objectives Be self-driven with proven technical abilities, sense of teamwork, and willingness to roll up their sleeves and get work done What you bring At Dataminr, we value you for who you are. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
