Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new AI opportunities and create intelligent AI applications. • Lead MVP development using a test-and-learn approach with cross-functional teams. • Iterate from problem framing to prototyping and deploying production-grade solutions. • Deliver reliable, scalable AI features in production. • Build prototypes and develop data pipelines for deployment. • Experiment with generative LLMs to create and enhance generative applications using prompts and user feedback. • Clearly communicate efforts and impact to both technical and business audiences. Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in a Master’s of PhD program in Computational Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related fields. • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team. • Experience in a professional environment, including prior internship experience is preferred. • Expertise in the latest Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI advancements. • Proactive in staying updated with evolving AI trends and new LLM releases. • Skilled at diagnosing and solving complex, ambiguous problems with curiosity and a product-focused mindset. • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex analysis clearly and actionably. • Results-oriented, creative thinker who takes initiative and delivers practical solutions. • Committed to inclusivity, respecting diverse perspectives to foster innovation and build great products. • Proven expertise in implementing and fine-tuning generative AI LLMs, with strong NLP knowledge including embeddings, GPT, and Transformer models. • Familiarity with cloud computing and AI deployment on AWS or Google Cloud. • Solid foundation in deep learning, machine learning, statistics, and optimization from coursework or practical experience. • Proficient in Python & C++/Java programming through academic or work experience. Lead and support complex ERP implementations, translating business needs into technical solutions, and managing project delivery. | 7+ years in enterprise software delivery, ERP experience, process knowledge, and strong communication skills. | Job Description: • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Architecture teams during pre-sales to support complex and enterprise-level opportunities • Lead discovery and solution-scoping sessions to understand prospect business processes, technical requirements, and success criteria • Translate customer workflows and operational needs into scalable ERP solution designs • Support RFP/RFI responses, proposal reviews, and executive-level solution presentations • Deliver customer-specific demonstrations and implementation approach discussions to articulate Datacor’s value and execution capabilities • Act as a technical and functional advisor during deal shaping to reduce implementation risk and set clear expectations • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-entity implementation projects across major markets • Own project strategy, governance, scope management, risk mitigation, and executive communication • Serve as the primary escalation point for high-risk or high-visibility projects • Guide customers through key milestones including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure solution alignment and feasibility • Identify gaps in standard workflows and design short- and long-term solutions to meet business needs • Build trusted-advisor relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders • Communicate complex technical and functional concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Proactively manage customer expectations and drive alignment across internal and external teams • Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives by identifying additional solution opportunities during implementations • Mentor Implementation Specialists and project leads on enterprise delivery best practices • Contribute to internal documentation, delivery standards, and implementation methodology improvements • Share industry best practices and lessons learned to continuously elevate delivery quality • Support internal training initiatives across Implementation, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation, solution architecture, sales engineering, or enterprise software delivery • Proven success leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder ERP implementations • Strong understanding of process and batch manufacturing operations, including formulation, inventory, MRP, production, quality, distribution, and accounting • Experience supporting pre-sales activities such as discovery, solution design, demos, and RFP/RFI responses • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions • Excellent presentation, communication, and executive-level facilitation skills • Strong project management, risk assessment, and problem-solving abilities • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments while managing multiple high-impact initiatives Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development
