Lead process improvement initiatives in distribution and warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. | Experience in supply chain and warehouse operations with strong project management and change leadership skills. | Job Description: • Evaluate distribution center and warehouse operations to identify process improvement opportunities • Drive initiatives focused on labor productivity, throughput, operational efficiency, and cost-to-serve improvements • Design and implement standardized processes across inbound, outbound, and inventory management functions • Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and other business teams to support strategic supply chain initiatives • Facilitate process improvement projects from assessment through implementation and adoption • Support operational leaders in developing scalable, repeatable solutions across multiple locations • Leverage warehouse management, ERP, and operational systems to improve performance and execution • Travel to operating companies and distribution facilities to support implementation efforts and change management activities Requirements: • Experience in supply chain, distribution, warehouse operations, logistics, or operational excellence environments • Background leading process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational transformation initiatives • Knowledge of distribution center operations including inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfillment processes • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence and drive change across teams without direct authority • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support operational initiatives across the network Benefits: • Healthcare plans • Dental & vision • Paid time off • Paid parental leave • 401(k) retirement savings with company match • Professional and personal development programs • Opportunity to become a shareholder • Employer-paid short- and long-term disability • Employer-paid life insurance for spouse and dependents • Robust wellness program • Gym reimbursement • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
