Digital Asset Creator – Job Vision As a member of Cutter & Buck’s marketing team, the Digital Asset Creator enhances brand and product storytelling by editing and elevating existing photo, video, and icon assets. This role supports product launches and seasonal campaigns with the creation of emotionally engaging digital content across owned and partner platforms. Success relies on close collaboration with our agile, cross-functional team. This position is a temporary appointment from October 2025 to March 2026. This position will be paid via W2 and is an hourly paid position, eligible for overtime. This position is remote, home office based in specifically approved states of employment. Approved States: Arizona, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington state. Applicants will need to attest to meeting technical requirements for remote work functionality. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Marketing team to craft compelling visuals for product launches using existing assets. • Edit and enhance photo and video content to ensure product presentation congruency to boost brand impact and consumer engagement across websites, social media, and partner channels. • Apply relevant product messaging and iconography to assets, aligning with seasonal and campaign goals. • Transform “raw assets” into polished, on-brand “finished assets” using established templates and tools. Job Requirements • Degree or 4+ Years equivalent experience in Brand Design, Brand Execution and Digital Expertise • Must be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator • Additional proficiency in Adobe suite, Canva and Hubspot are a bonus • Proven experience developing and documenting timeline-based assets. • Proven experience leading projects to successful completion. • Ability to communicate clearly in writing, in-person, on video Mindset and orientation: • Maintaining a customer-first position. • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic, fast paced environment. • Work Environment:* • High energy, dynamic work environment where you have quick access to all areas of the organizations. • This position is remote in one of our approved payroll states only.
