Manage procurement system data entry, user support, and communication tasks using Ariba P2P. | Perform data loading, catalog management, user support, and communication maintenance in procurement systems. | Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Procurement Specialist for one of our clients in the Riverwoods area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations. Duration: 3-month contract Location: Riverwoods, IL 60015 Responsibilities: • This position will create system files using an excel template and load files into the Ariba P2P application. • Enter product details into internal access database to generate part numbers. • Export and load catalog from access database into Ariba P2P application. • Manage and take action on requests in the Ariba P2P application such as PO and Receiving reassignments, user profile requests and PO status updates. using the Ariba P2P tool. • Monitor and take action on emails received daily in the general mailbox. • Assist with answering the Corporate Purchasing helpdesk line. • Provide support and testing for system changes. • Manage communication for DLife and Yammer site, ensuring sites are up-to-date and assisting with any questions that may come in.
