From initial assessment to installation and maintenance, we work together to find opportunities for energy savings and implement renewables where it makes sense. Our National Accounts team is expanding and looking to add a National Sales Manager - energy procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy sales, with familiarity of deregulated markets, and a deep understanding of energy agreements. They should be adept at developing solutions to help manage energy spend related to electricity, natural gas and energy efficiency strategies tailored to the unique needs of large, mission critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, industrial). • Craft and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives in the commercial and industrial (C&I) • Experience beyond fixed-priced solutions (structured solutions) • Analyzing customers’ utility bills to determine appropriate energy opportunities • Foster and maintain robust relationships with new clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. • Provide sales forecasts and budget reports to monitor performance and ensure alignment with financial objectives. Qualifications: • Deep knowledge and successful track record in meeting revenue goals • Comprehensive understanding of energy procurement in deregulated markets • High level of comfort preparing and leading client presentations. • Drive contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to close. • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field—or equivalent experience—is preferred. • 5+ Yrs. Of successful B2B sales experience in the energy procurement field. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. • Strong Base salary plus commission We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our Controls Division continues to expand to meet customer needs across advanced automation, building systems, and energy-efficient solutions. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrical Controls Technician to support and execute the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical control systems for industrial and commercial facilities. This individual will work closely with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure high-quality and timely execution of automated and motor control systems, building controls, PLCs, VFDs, and instrumentation. Key Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and instrumentation • Perform control panel terminations, field wiring, conduit installation, and cable pulling according to electrical and control schematics • Support commissioning and startup of systems for commercial and industrial projects • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, schematics, and control drawings • Interface with building automation systems and various industrial control platforms • Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis on equipment failures and system malfunctions • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure scope accuracy and timely delivery • Complete required documentation, redlines, and as-builts for turnover packages • Maintain a safe and clean job site, and adhere to all safety and electrical codes Qualifications • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical controls or industrial automation • Experience with PLC platforms (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMIs, and VFDs • Strong understanding of NEC and local electrical codes • Ability to read/interpret control diagrams, wiring schematics, and ladder logic • Knowledge of instrumentation and low-voltage controls • Valid Colorado Journeyman or Wireman license preferred (or ability to obtain) • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills • Must possess a valid Colorado driver's license and pass background/drug screening Preferred Experience • Familiarity with Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet/IP protocols • Experience with BAS, SCADA, or lighting control systems • OSHA 10/30 certification preferred What We Offer: • Opportunity to lead and grow a strategic division within a thriving, award-winning electrical contractor. • Consistent work in established oilfield markets north of Denver. • Strong internal support and a collaborative, team-based culture. • Competitive pay: $30 - $40/hour DOE. • Full benefits package: 401K, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision. • Long-term, year-round employment with advancement opportunities.
