Location: Remote Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 Benefits: Full benefits Type: Direct Hire Sponsorship Available: No Must have skills: • At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructures within a managed services provider, value-added reseller, systems integrator, or large-scale enterprise setting • Deep practical knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies with strong troubleshooting capabilities across these domains • Solid grasp of core networking protocols and concepts such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, and access control lists • Demonstrated experience working with Cisco ISE, Cisco SD-WAN/SD-Access, Palo Alto firewalls (including Panorama and Prisma), and Cisco FMC/FTD platforms • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve client-facing technical issues in a high-tempo environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to advance professionally; second shift availability (4 PM–12 AM MST) is a strong plus Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary escalation resource for complex network incidents spanning routing, switching, wireless, security, and SD-WAN infrastructure across multiple enterprise client environments • Diagnose connectivity, performance, and availability problems, perform thorough root cause analysis, and maintain detailed documentation of findings and resolutions • Interface directly with client IT teams to provide status updates, communicate resolution plans, and support the onboarding of new client environments including monitoring configuration and documentation • Collaborate closely with service desk analysts, senior engineers, and cross-functional infrastructure teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and operational stability • Identify opportunities to optimize client environments and flag potential risks proactively • Assist in mentoring junior team members on networking fundamentals and troubleshooting methods, and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and process improvement efforts If the above seems like a fit, then apply!!
