What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills 5 - 8+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare (SaaS, data/analytics, clinical platforms, RCM, or related) Demonstrated success in managing a territory and exceeding quota Strong consultative selling capabilities with executive-level engagement Skilled at remote outreach, virtual selling, and structured discovery Excellent written and verbal communication High emotional intelligence with comfort in building credibility quickly Work Style Self-starter and adaptable — comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities Coachable, resilient, and data-driven in decision-making Effective both independently and collaboratively across teams Travel Expectations 2 weeks per month for customer visits, strategic meetings, and industry events Preferred Qualifications Background in selling into neurology practices, geriatric practices, primary care practices, health systems, or specialty care markets Proven experience in either sales at a pharma, healthtech, or similar organization Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and sales engagement platforms Track record of contributing to pipeline strategies and competitive positioning Bonus points if you have a medical degree, clinical degree, a doctorate, or like qualification.
