Manage and lead SAP system migration projects including planning, vendor coordination, risk mitigation, and communication with sponsors and executives. | 10+ years experience with SAP program management, PMP certification, expertise in SAP RISE migration, and advanced project management skills. | Role: SAP program manager with upgrade/ RISE experience Location: Santa Clara, CA - Remote Type: Long term contract Exp: 10+ Years Rate: $70/hr Scope of Project : Migration of current SAP systems to SAP Rise. Required: Should have some SAP upgrade or migration experience with specifically RISE Job Responsibilities :- 1. Direct, manage, plan, and administer Project activities of a division/business area 2. Manage complex and cross-functional programs and Projects, from design and development, until production 3. Utilize multiple vendors and ensure collaboration 4. Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation 5. Develop, plan, and schedule the development, introduction, communication, and maintenance of all Projects 6. Contain and resolve issues within the program that do not require sponsor attention 7. Communicate program performance to program sponsors and executive team 8. Serve as the point of contact for the program sponsor and a key member of the Governance team 9. Determine the impact of changes on the business case, and re-forecast value creation 10. Identify areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation Qualifications 10. BA/BS or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience 11. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification 12. 8+ years of project management, program management or IT management, including financial and schedule performance reporting 13. 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional and end-to-end IT business processes 14. Experience in all phases of systems development from concept through installation and maintenance, 5+ years of experience in required technology 15. Master level proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project. 16. Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
