Key Qualifications (Required) • Previous dental experience with proven success in front office or treatment coordination functions • Strong working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology • Demonstrated competency with dental insurance coverages, including benefit breakdowns, verification, coordination of benefits, and treatment-plan financial structuring • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage patients, build trust, and create a seamless experience • High attention to detail with strong analytical and follow-through skills • Superior time management and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic workflow • A performance-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving practice goals Preferred • Dentrix practice management software experience Role Expectations The ideal candidate will operate as the central hub of patient flow, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a best-in-class service experience.
