Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to generate pipeline and meet sales targets. | 4+ years B2B sales or sales development experience with 2+ years management, proven pipeline success, coaching passion, and closing experience. | About Confido Confido helps CPG brands understand and optimize their performance in brick and mortar retail. We work with emerging category winners like Olipop, Chomps, Dr. Squatch, and established category leaders like Baskin Robbins Ice Cream. Today, we sell 2 products: (1) an accounting automation product that helps brands automate more than 1 million transactions a year and (2) a forecasting product that helps brands forecast more than $1B in retail sales. Confido will grow more than 4x this year, while growing headcount by 2x. Our SDR team will be the engine behind this growth - generating leads with empathy, intelligence and grit while gaining the skills necessary to be a key source of talent for Account Executive and other roles throughout the business \ What you’ll Do Team Leadership, Coaching and Mentorship: Hire, onboard and manage a team of Sales Development Reps. Maintain strict standards of execution and accountability while preparing your team for their future Pipeline Generation: Hit and exceed teamwide pipeline targets by building and managing scalable outreach programs Hands-on contribution: Roll up sleeves and carry an individual pipeline goal to serve as an example for your team \ What we’re looking for Relevant experience: 4+ years in B2B sales or sales development with at least 2 years of management Outbound excellence: Proven ability to hit pipeline targets in a startup environment Passion for coaching and development: You derive energy from coaching and have a track record of successful performance management. Your direct reports win and get promoted Demonstrated closing success: At least one year of successful closing experience A builder: You have successfully built outbound programs from scratch What you can expect $160K - $180K base salary + uncapped commission → $225K - $250K OTE 0.1 - 0.3% equity Fully paid healthcare Based full time in our NYC office with regular travel

The Role: Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. Brands like Tropicana and Olipop use our first products in accounting and planning to account for and plan for $Bs of retail revenue. We have millions of ARR, best-in-class growth, and best in class efficiency. We’ve recently raised an unannounced funding round to build on the existing momentum. You will be on our Business Operations team and report to the Director, Business Operations. What You'll Do: Partner with leading CPG brands to provide strategic guidance, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of our software solutions Partner with engineering team to identify, prioritize, and define new software features based on CPG industry needs, market gaps, and client feedback Support translating complex business processes (S&OP, forecasting, AOP, trade finance) into clear product requirements and user stories for future product roadmap ideation Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies, acting as trusted advisor on business process optimization and technology solutions Drive client success initiatives including implementation support, training, and ongoing consultation to maximize software ROI and strengthen customer retention About You: 2+ years in CPG Finance or Investment Banking/Management Consulting, etc. Passion for being at the technology leading edge, driving automation and optimization of core CPG functions through innovative software solutions Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Strong background in demand forecasting and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) development and execution Proficiency with syndicated data sources (Circana, Nielsen, SPINS) is a plus Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management and/or CPG Accounting Workflows is a plus You’re both competitive and kind Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
