Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Development Manager located in Nashville, TN with some work from home acceptable. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving agency operations, developing and implementing strategic growth plans, and driving agency recruitment and retention. Additional day-to-day tasks include performance monitoring, coaching and training agents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders and partners. Qualifications • Experience in strategic planning, business development, and performance monitoring • Strong leadership and coaching skills • Proficient in developing and implementing training programs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field • Must be licensed as Life/Health Insurance agent
