As a Success Advising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping students navigate the admissions process, overcome challenges, and earn their degrees. Your Role As an Advising Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to college students in various areas, including financial aid, course registration, internships, career exposure, and more. You will advocate for students' needs and communicate with higher educational institutions to ensure their success. Main Responsibilities: • Provide direct student support through coaching, guidance, and resources to help students progress towards specific goals and milestones. • Maintain accurate student records and data, using both quantitative and qualitative measures. • Manage a caseload of up to 400 college students, scheduling meetings and supporting students who have become unenrolled or transferred out of their initial institution.
