With a strong global presence and a proven track record of innovation, quality, and engineering excellence, the company is entering the U.S. market to provide high-performance solutions to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. This is a foundational role for a commercially driven professional who thrives on building business from the ground up. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to define and execute the U.S. go-to-market strategy and drive early-stage growth through strategic sales, partnerships, and market penetration. Key Responsibilities • Lead national sales efforts across the United States with a strong focus on business development and market entry. • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy to establish the company’s brand and solutions in the U.S. • Identify, target, and engage key distributors, contractors, engineering firms, and end-users in the fire protection and mechanical systems sectors. • Develop a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities across industrial, commercial, and institutional markets. • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—and deliver on revenue targets. • Provide market feedback to inform product positioning, marketing, pricing, and customer service strategy. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to build awareness and strategic relationships. • Collaborate with global leadership to align U.S. sales activities with broader corporate objectives. • Prepare accurate forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence updates. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. • 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience in fire protection, HVAC, mechanical systems, or building technologies. • Strong understanding of distribution networks, codes & standards, and decision-makers in the U.S. market. • Demonstrated ability to launch or grow new product lines or companies in competitive technical markets. • Proven experience developing sales territories, building customer relationships, and negotiating contracts. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel nationally (50%+).
