Manage website and digital platforms, execute multi-channel content strategies, and support marketing initiatives. | Experience with website/content management, proficiency in WordPress, Google Suite, Adobe PDF Editor, and basic digital marketing principles. | About the role A mix of strategic, tactical, and technical, the part-time Digital Marketing & Web Specialist will play a critical role in the execution of CLARA’s Go-To-Market (“GTM”) strategy and initiatives. In addition to ownership of the company’s website and being responsible for ensuring it’s effectively and accurately delivering key GTM messaging along with any associated digital platforms, this individual will support the Chief of Staff on the ideation and implementation of multi-channel digital content in alignment with broader marketing objectives. What you'll do Ongoing development and management of the CLARA Analytics website and associated digital platforms. Execution of multi-channel content strategies across social media, email, Pardot, and beyond What we're looking for Required Availability to work 10 - 20 hours per week. Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of a Degree. Demonstrable experience with website and content management. Proficiency with website and content management on WordPress, inclusive of creating and managing modules, contents within modules, and customizing structures and navigation. Experience in WordPress, Google Suite (sheets/docs/slides), and Adobe PDF Editor. Highly motivated and adept at working independently. A basic understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Strong problem solving and communication skills and the ability to listen/interface effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to concisely present and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Experience with Pardot and Salesforce Coding. Previous experience in a digital marketing and/or SEO and SEM role, preferably within insurtech, is a plus. Knowledge of insurance principles, terminology, customs and practices, specifically within Auto, GL, and/or Worker’s Compensation, is a plus.
