Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and onboarding Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, with an initial focus on engineering, product and growth marketing roles Build and manage robust recruiting pipelines and utilize modern recruiting tools (such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem) to source, engage, and manage candidates efficiently Create and refine a structured interview process that identifies exceptional candidates while enabling fair, consistent evaluation Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruiting efforts, tracking key metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, funnel conversion, and sourcing effectiveness, and provide regular updates on funnel health and time-to-hire Deliver a seamless candidate experience while coaching hiring managers on interviewing, calibration, and closing Develop and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to showcase Citizen’s mission and culture Bring early-stage startup or high-growth experience to anticipate scaling needs and adapt strategies as the company grows Stay informed on the AI/ML talent landscape to identify emerging talent pools and competitive trends Collaborate on workplace experience strategy as we move into our own office and build an intentional hybrid culture Who You Are You thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and are excited to build a recruiting function from the ground up.
