This role is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and providing timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have experience in the aerospace or metal manufacturing industry, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and service. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and online portals • Process requests for quotes and orders accurately and promptly • Provide regular order status updates and follow-ups to customers • Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments such as Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality • Handle escalated issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions • Meet or exceed monthly booking/sales goals • Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to prospective and existing customers • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the aerospace or metal manufacturing industry • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP system experience is a plus • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail Additional Information • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check • Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations • We are an Equal Opportunity Employer • This is an At-Will employment position • We participate in E-Verify • Federal Contractor • §8102 Drug-Free Workplace Full Staffing company established since 2004.
