They are also responsible for picking and packing products to ship for our customers. They also help maintain an accurate inventory in the warehouse management system. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: • Perform cycle counting and stock verification • Replenish primary pick locations from secondary storage locations • Transfer product between inventory business units based on set of guidelines • Storing, cutting, packing, loading for shipment • Receiving, building, shipping Kits/BOMS • Following safety techniques and participation in safety programs • Meeting productivity standards and ensuring accuracy of work to ensure set standards for inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction • Perform inventory functions in the Warehouse Management System and Navision item look up and inventory functions, SIIM Web, and Shipping Manifesting system to keep it up to date and accurate. • Operation of pallet jacks, fork trucks, lift trucks, reach trucks, order pickers, automated conveyers, cable cutting machines, saws, nail guns, tape machines. • Receipt and put away all product per documented procedures as well as dispositioning non-conforming product, purchase order, or damaged shipments. • Ensure outbound shipments are worked in line with our documented procedures and processes. This includes managing sales, service operations, engineering, and finance • Set up of all projects to track schedule, quality, and Profit & Loss. • Prepare and present monthly updates on all projects to executive management • Develop process innovations through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies • Foster strong relationships with key customer and company's Networks contacts • Manage cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational and organizational problems. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 8 years financial and operational management experience required • Project Management experience required; • Prior experience in sales, business development or sales operations with regional network operator. • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation and client management skills. • Proficient in using MS Office products including Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. • Must have significant experience with project set-up, project execution, and financial management of complex business arrangements and agreements • Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels within a customer's organizations. • The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple sales and business development activities simultaneously in order to meet performance objectives. • Ability to make professional sales and business presentations in writing, through email, reports, or orally, including complex business and technical matters to an audience with high technical skills, management and operational experience. • Ability to negotiate and reach agreement through discussions and compromise. • Ability to direct a cross-functional team to achieve customer contracted objectives and team goals within established time frames and requirements. • The ability to develop clearly defined sales and business objectives.
